Betty B. Anderson, 76, of Atlanta died Aug. 9, 1996 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born Jan. 14, 1920 in Onstead, MI Formerly of Saline, MI, she resided in Atlanta since 1961. Mrs. Anderson was employed as bookkeeper for Sachs Lumber and Hardware, for 17 years and attended Atlanta Congregational Church.Surviving are four sons, Mike (Shirley) Anderson of Saline, David (Judy) Anderson of Atlanta, Bruce (Nadine) Anderson of Fife Lake, MI, and Mark (Lisa) Anderson of Atlanta; two daughters, Judy Forester of South Boardman, MI and Deena Anderson of Atlanta; 17 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl. Cremation has taken place and a grave side memorial service will be held at Briley Township Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Northeast Michigan. Arrangements were handled by Green Funeral Home. Bookkeeper for Sachs Lumber and Hardware for 17 Years
