George Milan was born on March 23rd, 1874 in Temperance, Monroe, Michigan, United States.  George Milan's father was John Quincy Adams and his mother was Jane Ann Newcomb.  His paternal grandparents were Lucas Adams and Mary A. Baker. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Charles Lucas, Ervin, Aurilla H., Lorella, Hattie N., Carrie and Bertha.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 66 on March 7th, 1941 in Flint, Genesee, Michigan, United States.  He was buried in Lambertville, Monroe, Michigan, United States.
