Stephen Mitchell Foster 
Stephen was born on November 26th, 1952. Stephen's father was Thurman Olenten Foster and his mother is Frances Rebecca Mitchell. His maternal grandparents were Dr Gurney Talmadge Mitchell and Julia Frances Phillips. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Ella. He died at the age of 54 on May 20th, 2007.1 -
