Frances was born on May 21st, 1917 in Hartford, CT.1   Frances' father was Daniel Joseph Gorham and her mother was Theresa Mary Scheibenpflug.  Her paternal grandparents were John J. Gorham, Jr. and Ellen Sheahan; her maternal grandparents were Ferdinand Scheibenpflug and Theresa Eder. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Charles, Mary and Ellen.  She was the youngest of the six known children.  She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 95 on October 10th, 2012 in New London Rehab and Health Center, New London, CT.  The funeral took place in Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver, Road, Wehersfield, CT.
