Tabitha was born on July 20th, 1655 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1   Tabitha's father was William Simonds and her mother was Judith Simonds.  Her paternal grandfather is William Simonds; her maternal grandparents are William Phippen and Judith Phippen. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Caleb, Benjamin, Joshua, James, William, Joseph, Huldah, Sarah, Judith, Mary and Bethiah. She had a half-sister named Rebecca.  She died at 1 months old on August 20th, 1655 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1
