Raymond Frederick Milligan

Raymond Frederick was born on October 9th, 1922. Raymond Frederick's father was Robert Bayfield Milligan and his mother was Bessie Jane Milligan. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Milligan and Matilda Milligan. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Daniel Elwyn, Lawrence Bayfield, Gerald Robert, Elmer Gene, Charles Clifford, Marjorie Sophia and Shirley Janet.
