Elmer Gene Milligan

Elmer Gene was born on December 17th, 1937.¹ Elmer Gene's father was Robert Bayfield Milligan and his mother was Bessie Jane Milligan. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Milligan and Matilda Milligan. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Daniel Elwyn, Lawrence Bayfield, Raymond Frederick, Gerald Robert, Charles Clifford, Marjorie Sophia and Shirley Janet. He died at just 16 days old on January 2nd, 1938.¹
