Helen was born in 1791.1   Helen's father was John C. Milligan and her mother was Margaret Milligan. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Robert, John, Thomas, Anthony, David, James, Alexander, Mary and Janet.  She died at the age of 25 in 1816.1
