Anthony was born in 1805.1   Anthony's father was John C. Milligan and his mother was Margaret Milligan. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Robert, John, Thomas, David, James, Alexander, Helen, Mary and Janet.  He died at the age of 2 in 1807.1
