Izrael was born on March 17th, 1829 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1   Izrael's father was Abram Pieniek and his mother was Gela (Gitla). He had four brothers and five sisters, named Lewin, Kalman, Nisson, Michal, Ester, Gittel, Itta, Frumet and Itta.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.  He died at 3 months old on July 12th, 1829 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1
