Fania (Freedka) (Frieda) Pieniek

Fania (Freedka) (Frieda) was born on May 3rd, 1916 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.¹ Fania (Freedka) (Frieda)'s father was David Eleazer (b. Toyvia Wolf) Pieniek and her mother was Yita Shmiga. Her paternal grandparents were Toyvia Wolfe Pieniek and Shaina Czarna; her maternal grandparents are Moishe Hirsh Shmiga and Yenta. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Shmulek Yitzchak , Daniel, Hanya and Bina Leah. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died in the Holocaust.²
