Dicey was born in 1831.  Dicey's father was George Washington Scott and her mother was Mary Polly Hill. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Joachum, James, James, Virginia, Elizabeth, Martha and Adeline.  She died at the age of 79 in 1910 in Haskell, OK.
