Ernest was born in 1892.  Ernest's father was William NORBURY and his mother was Fanny MARSLAND.  His maternal grandparents were John MARSLAND and Priscilla (UNKNOWN).  He had a brother and three sisters, named Peter, Sarah, Martha and Hannah.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
