Walter MARSLAND

Walter was born in 1840 in Sale, Cheshire, England. Walter's father was James MARSLAND and his mother was Charlotte HULME. His paternal grandparents were Edward MARSLAND and Martha GRESTY. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named John, George, James, Thomas, Edward, Joseph, Alfred, Charlotte, Ellen, Elizabeth, Emma, Martha and Ann. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 37 in 1877.
