       Leo Spaulding, aged 31 years, died at the Woodmere Hospital in Evansville, Wednesday evening about 8 o'clock.  His death was due to epilepsy, from which disease he had suffered since about eight years old.  About two years ago his condition became such that the family were obliged to tak him to the hospital at Evansville.  Word of his death was sent to the family here Wednesday night.  His brother, Frank Spaulding, and J. L. Aharen went to Evansville and accompanied the body to this city.
       Deceased is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ellen Spaulding; three brothers, Lewis, of Lahunta, Col., William of Iowa, and Frank of near St. Mary's; and one sister, Mrs. J. L. Aharen of this city.
       The funeral will be held at St. Mary's and will likely take place this morning.
