    However, In the 1900 census for Winston Cty, AL (just SE of Franklin), there is also John B.'s brother Richard M. RIVERS (qv.).  Only other RIVERS enumerated in Winston Cty in 1900 is Scynthia M., ,b.SC Oct 1823, mother-in-law in h/hold of Reubin and Scynthia J. (b. AL 1860) WADE (prob. John B.'s mother).
