    First.  My place of residence is 1762 W. Adams St., Los Angeles, California.
    Second.  My occupation is Tailor.
    Third.  I was born on the 20th day of August, anno Domini 1886 at Aboockou [sic], Russia.
    Fourth.  I emigrated to the United States from Hamburg Germany on or about the 15th day of April, anno Domini 1906 and arrived in the United States at the port of New York, on the 1st day of May, anno Domini 1906 on the vessel Pollania [sic].
    Fifth, I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on the 10th day of September, anno Domini 1915, at Philadelphia, Pa. in the Quarter Sessions Court of Philadelphia Co.
