John Peyton was born on September 15th, 1809.  John Peyton's father was John Anthony Sr. BUCKNER and his mother was Katherine HOROBAUGH.  His maternal grandparents were Philip HOROBAUGH and FNU LNU.  He had six brothers and a sister, named Anthony Leach, William, Alexander, David, Robert, FNU and Eleanor.  He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named James, Jefferson, Sarah, Rachel, Elizabeth, Nancy and Louisa.  He died at the age of 12 in 1821.
