Andrew Thomson

Andrew was born in October 1791 in Uphall and his baptism took place there on October 30th, 1791.

Andrew's father was Archibald Thomson and his mother was Alison Smeal. His paternal grandparents were James Thomson and Isabell Robertson; his maternal grandparents were Andrew Smeal and Janet Broun. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James, George, John, Archibald, Janet, Isabell, Alison, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died after 1851.
