Ann Scoffield Shaw

Ann was born on May 25th, 1831 in Prestwick and her baptism took place on May 27th, 1831 in Monkton.¹²

Ann's father was Thomas Shaw and her mother was Jean Scoffield. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Shaw and Mary Eaglesham-Smith; her maternal grandparents were James Scoffield and Jane Bone. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James, Robert, Robert, James, Janet and Margaret. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
