Margaret Reid

Margaret was born on March 11th, 1808 in Ayr and her baptism took place there on March 27th, 1808.

Margaret's father was Adam Reid and her mother was Catharine Fulton.  Her maternal grandparents were William Fulton and Jean Urie. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, Adam, John, William, James, Alexander, Archibald, Jean, Marion, Elizabeth and Catherine.  She was the youngest of the twelve children.
