Mason Hunter

Mason was born on May 17th, 1854 in Broxburn and his baptism took place there on July 9th, 1854.¹²

Mason's father was Andrew Thomson Hunter and his mother was Isabella Anderson. His paternal grandparents were David Hunter and Alison Thomson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named David, John, Andrew, Annie, Alice, Jane, Grace and Isabella. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 66 on January 31st, 1921 in Edinburgh.³
