David Hunter

David was born on March 24th, 1847 in Uphall and his baptism took place there on May 9th, 1847.¹²

David's father was Andrew Thomson Hunter and his mother was Isabella Anderson. His paternal grandparents were David Hunter and Alison Thomson. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Mason, Andrew, Annie, Alice, Jane, Grace and Isabella. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 64 in 1911 in Edinburgh.
