Mary Ragland

Mary was born in 1737 in St. Paul's Parish, Hannover County, Virginia, USA.¹   Mary's father was John Ragland and her mother was Anne Beaufort.  Her maternal grandparents were John Beaufort and Katherine Swinford. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, John, William, Edward, Evan, James, Pettus, Thomas, Martha, Frances, Anne, Sarah and Susanna.
