Missouria Ellis Martin 
Missouria Ellis was born on February 2nd, 1847 in Bedford Co, Va. Missouria Ellis' father was William Joseph Martin and her mother was Elinor "Elender" Ellis. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin C. Ellis and Tellitha Tabitha Mitchell. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William Ellis, Joseph Thomas, "Mack" Martin, Emily Ann, "Juliann", Sophia and Hope "Hoppie" Jane. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 63 on May 27th, 1910 in Lynchburg City, Lynchburg Co, Va. She was buried in Bedford Co, Va.General Notes
