Emma was born on February 3rd, 1830.1  Emma's father was Benjamin Goad and her mother was Anne Elizabeth Hill.  Her paternal grandparents were William Goad and Darling Thomas; her maternal grandparents were Lt Col Sir Robert Chambre Hill and Eliza Lumley. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Charles, George, Goad and Henrietta.  She died at the age of 78 in 1908.





Emma's family

Emma were married in a religious ceremony on June 25th, 1856 in St Peter's Eaton Square by Reverend Edward H Goddard and witnessed by Charles W Goad, A E Bradford, J Moillyon Wilson, Ella Wilson.2  She had two sons named Herbert and Montague.  The family line is yet to be completed.
