Janet was born on June 14th, 1875 in Rushnoch.1   Janet's father was Robert Sinclair and her mother was Margaret Jamieson McIntyre.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles Sinclair and Elizabeth Campbell. She had a brother and eleven sisters, named Charles, Elizabeth, Isabella, Mary, Margaret, Robina, Jean, Annie, Kate, Edith, Helen and Marjory.  She died at the age of 52 on June 21st, 1927 in 7 Lismore Rd.1
