Edwin John Lewis

Edwin was born on September 2nd, 1889 in Wokurna Daly, SA..¹ Edwin's father was John Lewis and his mother was Harriet Elizabeth Phillis. His maternal grandparents were John Phillis and Elizabeth Turner. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Roy, Clifford, Hurtle, Thomas, Elsie and Vera. He was the oldest of the seven children.
