Frederick Carl Deforest Kirkman

Frederick Carl Deforest was born on March 21st, 1921 in NC.¹ Frederick Carl Deforest's father was Charlie Benton Kirkman and his mother was Sarah Ellen Grant. His maternal grandparents were Ulysses Simmons Grant and Lucinda Bullen. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Howard Franklin, William Henry, Edgar Benton, Charles Elwood, Dora and Garnet Lucille. He died at the age of 68 on October 24th, 1989 in Eden, Rockingham Co, NC. He was buried in Rainey-Slaydon Cemetery, Eden, Rockingham Co, NC.
