Mary C. Holmes

Mary C. was born in 1905 in McLean Co, KY. Mary C.'s father was John Eli Holmes and her mother was Emily 'Emma' J. Higgs. Her maternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had six brothers and a sister, named Lewis Hays, Ernest Ward, Jacob O., James C., Clyde, Sherman Vick and Fannie Myrtle. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
