Elizabeth Higgs

Elizabeth was born in 1880 in Sand Springs, Grayson Co, KY. Elizabeth's father was Moody C. Higgs and her mother was Nancy Jane Decker. Her maternal grandparents were Valentine Decker and Louisa Cockriel. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Victor 'Val' T., James Monroe, John Melvin, Robert Emmitt, John Lemuel, Emily 'Emma' J., Lucinda, Lula and Golda Mae. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
