Victor 'Val' T. Higgs

Victor 'Val' T. was born on February 23rd, 1876 in Sand Springs, Grayson Co, KY. Victor 'Val' T.'s father was Moody C. Higgs and his mother was Nancy Jane Decker. His maternal grandparents were Valentine Decker and Louisa Cockriel. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Monroe, John Melvin, Robert Emmitt, John Lemuel, Emily 'Emma' J., Lucinda, Elizabeth, Lula and Golda Mae. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 81 on July 7th, 1957 in Calhoun, Mclean Co, KY. He was buried in Calhoun Cemetery, Calhoun, Mclean Co, KY.
