Hiram Edward Downing 
Hiram Edward was born in 1853.1 Hiram Edward's father was Hiram Downing and his mother was Charlotte H. Bryson. His maternal grandparents were John Fielding Bryson and Ellizabeth Sparger. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry Franklin, Charles Washington, John ("Jack") William, Margaret Emily, Esther A., Eliza and Susan Emeline. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 84 in 1937.1 -
