Elizabeth Watteson Patterson

Elizabeth Watteson was born in 1802 in Rutherford Co, NC.  Elizabeth Watteson's father was David Patterson and her mother was Charity Watterson Simmons.  Her maternal grandparents were James S. Simmons and Mary Watterson Waters. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John L., Charles S., Elisha Slyvanius, Mary S., Nancy Morris, Sarah "Sally" R. and Christianna Payne.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John, Martha and Margaret.
