Christianna Payne Patterson

Christianna Payne was born on June 16th, 1814 in Rutherford Co, NC.  Christianna Payne's father was David Patterson and her mother was Charity Watterson Simmons.  Her maternal grandparents were James S. Simmons and Mary Watterson Waters. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John L., Charles S., Elisha Slyvanius, Mary S., Nancy Morris, Elizabeth Watteson and Sarah "Sally" R..  She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John, Martha and Margaret.
