John Plantagenet

John was born on December 24th, 1167 in Beaumnt Place,Oxfordshire. John's father was Duke d' Anjou, King of England Henry Plantagenet II and his mother was Duchess d'Aquitaine, Queen of England and France Eleanor Aquitaine. His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey Plantagenet V. and Empress, Queen of England Matilda Augusta (The Lady of the English) Beauclerc; his maternal grandparents were William Poitou VIII and Eleanor *de Chatellerult. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, The Lion Hearted, Geoffrey, Henry, Matilda, Eleanor and Joan. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named William, Alix, Marie and Agnes. He died at the age of 48 on October 18th, 1216 in Newark Castle,Nottinghamshire.
