Queen of England Isabella Taillefer

Isabella was born in 1188 in Angouleme,Charente,France.¹ Isabella's father was Comte d'Angouleme Aymer Taillefer and her mother was Comtess d'Angouleme Alice Courtenay. Her paternal grandfather was William Taillefer IV and her paternal grandmother is Emma de Limoges; her maternal grandparents were Prince of France Pierre (Peter) and Lady Elizabeth Courtenay. She was an only child. She died at the age of 58 on May 31st, 1246 in Fontevrault,Maine-et-Loire,France.¹
