Florence Wharton 
Florence was born in 1518 in Wharton Mateby, Westmorland, England.1 Florence's father was Thomas Wharton and her mother was Eleanor Stapleton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Wharton and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Bryan Stapleton and Jane Thirkeld. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Thomas, Feorina, Joan and Anne. She was the oldest of the six children. She had a half-brother named Thomas. She died at the age of 62 in 1580 in England.1 -
