Anne Wharton

Anne was born in 1528 in Whaton Mateby, Westmorland, England.¹ Anne's father was Thomas Wharton and her mother was Eleanor Stapleton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Wharton and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Bryan Stapleton and Jane Thirkeld. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Thomas, Florence, Feorina and Joan. She was the youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother named Thomas. She died in Y.¹
