Newman Shirley

Newman was born in 1715.¹   Newman's father was Thomas Shirley.  His paternal grandfather was Robert Shirley. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Thomas, John, John, Phebus, John, James, Joseph, Phebee, Mary, Ann, Grace, Argeland and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth youngest of the fifteen children.  Newman is no longer alive.
