Josiah Leath was born on March 20th, 1797 in USA.1 Josiah Leath's father was William Elliot and his mother was Miriam Leath. His paternal grandfather was Unknown Elliot; his maternal grandparents were Josiah Leath and Elizabeth Jobe. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Benjamin, William Blackburn, Jenne H, Elizabeth Betsey, Joanna, Susanna, Nancy Lucinda, Miriam, Isabella and Milinda. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 53 in 1850 in Marion, TN, USA.1 -
