Robert Burton 
Robert was born in 1575 in England.1 Robert's father was Francis Burton and his mother was Judith Allen. His paternal grandparents were Edward Burton and Ann Madocks; his maternal grandfather was Valentine Allen. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Thomas, John, Richard, Bryan, Ralph, Byron, Richard and Anne. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 20 in 1595.1 -
