John Burton 
John was born in 1578 in London, Middlesex, England.1 John's father was Francis Burton and his mother was Judith Allen. His paternal grandparents were Edward Burton and Ann Madocks; his maternal grandfather was Valentine Allen. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Robert, Thomas, Richard, Bryan, Ralph, Byron, Richard and Anne. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 77 in 1655.1 -
