Marritje Jacobse was born in 1643 in New Amsterdam.1   Marritje Jacobse's father was Jacobse Wallings van Winkle Immigrant and her mother is Tryntje (Catherine) Jacobs. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Waling Jacobse, Jacob Jacobse, Symon Jacobse, Grietje and Annetje Jacobse.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died after 1697 in Bergen, Bergen Co., Nj.


Marritje Jacobse's first family with Pieter Jansen (Slott) Sloat Immigrant

‌Marritje Jacobse and Pieter Jansen (Slott) were married in a religious ceremony on January 2nd, 1663 in New Amsterdam.2   They had three sons and three daughters, named Jan Pietersen (Slot), Jacobus (Slott), Jonas (Slot), Tryntie (Slot), Annetie (Slot) and Abeltie (Slot).


Marritje Jacobse's second family with Jean DesMareets Immigrant

‌Marritje Jacobse and Jean were married in a religious ceremony on March 23rd, 1692 in French Church, Kinderkamack, Nj.1
