Henry I "Beauclerc" King of was born in 1068 in Selby Yorkshire England.  Henry I "Beauclerc" King of's father was William "The Conqueror" King of England and his mother was Matlida Fleming of Flanders.  His paternal grandparents were Robert I "The Magnificent" Duke of Normandy and Hariette De Falaise; his maternal grandparents are Baudouin V Count of Flanders and Adele Alix Capet. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert Curthose of, Magdalene, Cecily Abbess of Holy Trinity, Adele Alice Princess of and Gundred Princess of.  He was the second youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother named William "the Elder".  He died at the age of 67 on December 1st, 1135 in St Denis Seine-St Denis France.
