Moses SMITH

Moses was born on June 15th, 1788 in Stokes, NC.  Moses' father was Thompson SMITH and his mother was Rachel BRILES. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Eleazar, Jacob, Thompson, Martha, Mary, Leah, Rachel and John.  He was the third youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 80 on January 22nd, 1869.  He was buried in Abbotts Cr Cem, Davidson, NC.

‌Moses and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on June 25th, 1806 in Stokes, NC.
