Martha SMITH

Martha was born on July 25th, 1771 in PA.  Martha's father was Thompson SMITH and her mother was Rachel BRILES. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Eleazar, Jacob, Moses, Thompson, Mary, Leah, Rachel and John.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 91 on November 20th, 1862 in Barren, KY.  She was buried in Peden Cem, Tompkinsville, KY.

‌Martha and Moses were married in a religious ceremony on September 13th, 1788 in Surry, NC.
