Jacob SMITH

Jacob was born on July 5th, 1785 in Stokes, NC.  Jacob's father was Thompson SMITH and his mother was Rachel BRILES. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Eleazar, Moses, Thompson, Martha, Mary, Leah, Rachel and John.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 62 on August 25th, 1847 in Jackson, AL.
