Daniel S.Lrne 
Daniel was born on January 17th, 1793 in Orvil, REV. Daniel's father was Daniel Pierce and his mother was Mary Hix or Hicks. His paternal grandparents were Mial Pierce Capt. and Patience Martin; his maternal grandparents are Isaac Hix or Hicks and Mary Luther. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Isaac, St.Lawrence, Huldah, Truman Kingsbiry, Clarissa, Aurora, Charlotte Jedediah, (Dyer), Amy, A., A. and Canaan. He was the youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 75 on May 4th, 1868.-
