Francis Helen PHILLIPS 
Francis Helen was born on February 14th, 1847 in Southampton Par., York, N-Br. Francis Helen's father was George MATHEW Dow PHILLIPS and her mother was Elizabeth PHILLIPS. Her paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Hannah Elizabeth Dow; her maternal grandparents are Robert PHILLIPS and Elizabeth LIDECK. She had four brothers and three sisters, named George Frederick, Robert LEE, MATHEW Whitmer, Hugh Gordon, Hannah Eliza, Louise Adelaid and Delia Ann. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 8 on June 20th, 1855.-
